Workshop: Building Psychological Safety at Work

Amy Edmondson, a Harvard Professor of Leadership, Teaming, and Organizational Learning, coined the term Psychological Safety as "a shared belief held by members of a team that the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking."

This workshop provides tips, guidance, and experiential practice on how to create psychological safety, to support organizational innovation, creativity, and an environment that employees are comfortable taking risks and trying new things.
