Coaching

Our coaching practice supports adults at all stages of their careers.  From working on the succession for your executive role, to moving your team successfully  through organizational change, to a career search, we have success with coaching clients in diverse stages of their professional life.

Coaching is a confidential learning experience that is customized for your specific needs.    Our coaching process is structured around 1) conversations to define goals, 2) development of  strategies and options to practice skills and behaviors, and 3) monitoring of results.  The coach supports and challenges the client while maintaining focus on progress toward meeting established goals. The client sets the agenda in this partnership and is responsible for the outcomes.  The coach is a sounding board and challenger who listens, paraphrases, and provides a different perspective for client goals.  Some of our coaching packages include assessment tools to provide a foundation of data tied to behavior (see below for details).

We can connect with you in person, by phone, or Skype video call.
